June gloom

June gloom in Clovis!  Unheard of!  I woke up at 2:00am and it was pouring.  At 6:00am it's chilly and breezy . . . very weird . . . but loving it!

Scott pulled the boat out yesterday, and I'll be getting trailer-backing lessons before we take the boat up the hill.  And the plan is also to teach me how to drive the boat.  I'm being bumped from 'rope girl' to 'assistant driver'.  This should be interesting.  Sometimes I'm not so train-able!

Going to go bake some bananna bread.  Up to the cabin tomorrow!  WAHOO!
